HTELC is a locally owned and operated early learning Centre. We are a new Centre and purpose built. We opened our doors for the first time in February 2022. In this short time, we have become a big part of the Lee point Community. We have a dedicated and passionate team of Educators, led by our experienced Director, Chami Jayasinghe. Chami has worked in early childhood education in the Northern Territory for 16 years. She is known for her warmth, fairness and her open door policy, which is why many of the Educators that started with us in 2022, remain with us today. Our strong team is made up of many different cultures and backgrounds and we are proud of our caring, inclusive and diverse work environment.
