At Happy Trails, we have qualified, and trainee chefs working to create and cook nutritious meals and snacks every day to meet each child’s dietary requirements and needs, while adhering to the Australian dietary guidelines for children in long day care.
Happy Trails provides early morning cereal, Morning tea, lunch, Afternoon tea and late snack, all prepared daily in our commercial kitchen.
The Children are exposed to a variety of tastes and textures daily which significantly helps in nurturing healthy eating habits. Our chefs are passionate and committed to working together to provide all the nutrients your children require to grow and develop to their physical and mental potential
At Happy Trails we love to celebrate birthdays! But we have a no cake policy and instead encourage our families to celebrate with fruit. Our chefs are happy to create and carve watermelon and other fruits into delightful things like dinosaurs, owls and three tiers! These never fail to impress and are a healthy alternative.
At Happy Trails, all meals are freshly prepared on-site by our Qualified Chef using wholesome, seasonal ingredients. Our menu features a variety of homemade dishes, including vegetarian and developmental options, ensuring every child enjoys nutritious, balanced meals each day. We are a nut-free and allergy-aware centre, and families are welcome to discuss any dietary needs with our chef.
